Simple Sheet Pan Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Olive oil*

  • Salt (sea salt grinder or Kosher salt)*

  • Freshly ground black pepper*

  • Onion powder*

  • Garlic powder*

*indicates Kitchen Staple item

 

DIRECTIONS

If time permits, take the chicken breasts out of the refrigerator to rest on the counter about 20 minutes before you would like to cook it. This step is not necessary, but helps the chicken cook more evenly. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pat the chicken breasts dry and place on the sheet pan. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder on both sides. Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes, depending on thickness. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, slicing, or shredding. Enjoy this simple chicken any way you like!
