Reiki is the conscious direction of life force energy with the intention to heal.  As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I will harness the sacred power of Reiki to move any stuck energy, promote self healing and slow down your nervous system, helping you to arrive in a deeply relaxed, healing state. My Reiki Healing Sessions are intended to clear your body emotionally, physically, and mentally, and raise vibrational frequency.

Masculine and Feminine Energetics Workshop

Due to experiences from our family of origin, and societal conditioning, our baseline energy often shifts from a healthy core energetic to a wounded opposite energetic.  No matter which gender you identify with, each one of us has an innate core masculine or feminine energetic quality.  In this workshop, you will discover which energetic state is your authentic core, along with which energetic state you're currently operating in.  From this baseline, you will learn tools and techniques to bring your energetic state back in alignment with your authentic core energy!  Being in touch with your authentic core energy will enable you to more mindfully choose a romantic relationship that is a positive energetic fit for you.  If you are already in a romantic relationship, this workshop will help you to better understand the energetic quality of your partner, along with the energetic qualities of other relationships in your life.  Learn how to feel both held and free in your relationships, and with yourself!

Ecstatic Dance Workshop

Grassroots Yoga - Ventura, CA - June 7, 2024 - 6:30-8:00pm

A curated playlist of songs will guide you through the spectrum of emotion and energy.  Through dance and expressive movement, this fun, healing practice helps to move, and let go of, stuck energy, releasing tension and what no longer serves you.  The lights will be low and the tone will be set to welcome physical, expressive movement without judgment.  A guided meditation will follow to integrate the release.

Participants will take a deep dive into exploring the concept of what it means to truly accept, without resistance, the reality of everything you encounter on your life's journey. Come prepared to reflect on how you choose to live life - conditionally or fully surrendered. Learn techniques to release suppressed energy through guided breathwork, somatic movement and visualization meditation. Take the time to reflect on, and examine, how life is now and how it could be, through the use of thought provoking journal prompts, group dialogue and ancient wisdom. Creating an Intentional Vision for the New Year

VITA Art Center - Ventura, CA - January 14, 2024 - 10:00-2:00pm

Intention Setting (10-11:30am) - Participants will be guided through a visualization meditation practice, gentle movement and intentional questions to help develop a vision for the year ahead. 

Lunch (11:30-12:30pm) - Farro Salad (vegetarian), grilled chicken on the side, with flatbread and fresh fruit.  Beverages included - sparkling water, still water and kombucha. 

Creative Exploration (12:30-2pm) - Participants will create a visual, tangible representation of the vision manifested during the morning Intention Setting Practice, by collaging a Vision Board.  All supplies will be provided.  

Creative Vision Manifestation for the New Year

In this program you'll develop specific, actionable goals to improve the areas of your life that need the most attention. You’ll receive individual coaching from me, as well as group accountability and support. This combination will set you up for success in achieving the plan you lay out for yourself. In addition, I will teach a mini-lesson at every session on a topic geared toward empowering you with tools to create the mindset for change and success!
