Homemade Croutons

INGREDIENTS

  • Bread*, cubed (I prefer sourdough, but you can use any bread you have on hand)

  • Olive oil*

  • Salt and pepper*

  • Dried Oregano*

  • Garlic Powder*

 
 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the cubed bread on a sheet pan. Drizzle the bread with olive oil. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder. Toss to combine. Bake for 15-20 minutes until croutons are browned and crisp. This recipe is a great way to repurpose leftover bread, forgotten end pieces, or to use up fresh baked bread before it gets stale. Enjoy!
