Cinnamon Apples

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large apples (any variety will do)

  • Cinnamon*

  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice*

 
 

DIRECTIONS

Chop the apples into small, bite-sized pieces. Place apples in a saucepan. Pour water over the apples, not enough to cover them, but enough to cover about halfway up the apples. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Put the lid on the pan and heat over medium-low heat, until the apples are very soft. Drain off any excess liquid before serving. Enjoy!
